At Allure Flooring, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened flooring materials. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Shipment

    Carefully repackage the unopened boxes onto their original pallets or in secure containers, clearly marking the exterior with your assigned RMA number.

  • 3.
    Arrange Transportation

    Schedule a pickup with your preferred freight carrier or use our discounted shipping labels to send the materials back to our central distribution warehouse.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
