Yes, we highly recommend ordering our sample packs to see how the flooring looks in your home's unique lighting. Each sample is shipped via express mail to help you make a confident decision.

How long does shipping take for large flooring orders?

Standard shipping for bulk flooring orders typically takes 5-10 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a call from our freight partner to schedule a delivery window.

What is your return policy for unused planks?

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs.

Are Allure Flooring products compatible with underfloor heating?

Most of our engineered wood and luxury vinyl collections are specifically designed to be compatible with radiant heating systems. Please check the 'Technical Specifications' tab on the specific product page for confirmation.
